魏木生，华东师范大学终身教授，美国布朗大学应用数学系博士，上海市数学会理事。从1993年起享受国务院特殊津贴。曾获上海市“科技进步奖”二等奖，国家教委“科学技术进步奖”三等奖，“宝钢教育基金”优秀教师奖，上海市育才奖，国家精品教程奖。

题目: The pole assignment for the regular triangular decoupling problem
摘要: By applying the canonical decomposition of the right invertible system {C,A,B}obtained in Wei,Cheng and Wang (2010),we derive all explicit solutions of the regular triangular decoupling problem,and then character all attainable transfer function matrices for the decoupling and pole assignment problem.
