Title：Operator theory and function theory approach to Lehmer's problem
Abstract: Lehmer's problem is an open problem in number theory with a history of nearly one hundred years. We consider Lehmer's problem in the context of operator theory and function theory. Our work recovered several known results and established interesting connections between number theory and functional analysis.
